As a user, you are responsible for incorporating content into your products, ensuring that it complies with copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. Please refrain from including any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or copyrighted work belonging to a third party without obtaining proper authorization from the owners. By placing an order on our site, you warrant that your products do not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy. Moreover, your products should not libel or defame any third party, and you must have all necessary rights or permissions to incorporate third-party material.

Customer Content Responsibility

As a valued customer of, it is crucial to recognize and accept your sole responsibility for utilizing content in conjunction with any other images, graphics, text, or materials incorporated into the products you create. It is imperative that you refrain from including any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or copyrighted work of any third party in your products unless you have obtained appropriate authorizations from the respective owners. By placing an order on our site, you expressly warrant that your products do not infringe upon any third-party rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy. Moreover, you ensure that your products will not libel or defame any third party, and you possess all the necessary rights or permissions to incorporate third-party material.

Customer Authorization

By placing an order on our platform, you confirm that you have the requisite permission, right, and authority to initiate the order. Additionally, you grant™ the authority to produce the products on your behalf.

Content Responsibility

All content, including information, data, text, photographs, graphics, and messages (collectively referred to as "Content"), is the sole responsibility of the individual producing such content. Consequently, you are accountable for all content you send, upload, post, or otherwise transmit via our website. Please ensure compliance with all local rules governing online conduct and acceptable content. Do not use the website to upload, post, or transmit any content that is indecent, unlawful, or infringes upon the intellectual property or proprietary rights of™ or any third party.™ disclaims control over customer-posted content and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of such content. Under no circumstances will™ be liable for offensive, indecent, or objectionable content exposure.

Account Security

You acknowledge your responsibility for safeguarding your password and controlling access to your registered account. You are accountable for all orders or actions conducted through your registered account. When you or an authorized user places a print item order using your password, you hereby grant™ a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, sublicense, modify, adapt, publish, display, and create derivative works from the content on the website and the printed product for design storage or order processing.

Content Moderation

Recognizing the need for content moderation,™ and its designees retain the right, at their sole discretion, to remove any content violating the terms of service or deemed objectionable. Furthermore,™ may preserve and disclose content if required by law, or if such disclosure is necessary to comply with legal processes, enforce the terms of service, respond to claims of content rights violations by third parties, or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of™, its users, and the public.

DESIGN FILES™ will only provide design files at 72 DPI (low resolution). If you want higher resolution designed files, please get in touch with for a quote.


All artwork, designs, and images must be provided in CMYK format and with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.™ is not responsible for any colour changes in conversions from RGB to CMYK colour modes.™ is also not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixilated due to the customer-provided artwork.


All print jobs require customer approval of the final artwork and job specification sheet. Once an order has been placed, final artwork proofs and a job specification sheet will be sent to customers via email. Customers are responsible for reviewing all details mentioned in the specification sheet, including but not limited to delivery dates and or production speed, and confirm that all of the customer requirements have been accurately noted.™ is not liable for any specifications and requirements beyond what is noted in the final specification sheet. In addition, it is the responsibility of the customer to review the conclusive artwork proof, as proofreading is the customer’s responsibility. Due to the multiple ways files are prepared, unplanned changes can occur. What is shown on the final proof represents what will be printed.™ h3ly recommends that the evidence be published at 100% to check actual position, spelling, and other design elements.™ will not be responsible for any design or spelling issues not identified by the customer and will be communicated to immediately. The design file and job specifications will be forwarded to the production department and printed upon approval.™ is not liable for colour matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by the customers. Screen proofs predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not colour or density. ™ will try to match the gradient density of each colour in duo-tone. ™ is not liable for the final appearance of a duo-tone unless the customer orders a colour match proof. In addition, the application of lamination may affect or change the appearance of the printed™ is not liable for the final colour appearance of a laminated product/s.


Please note that the paper/card stock used for printing our products is not food grade. Any such requirement should be communicated in writing immediately. Please let us know before placing this order if you’ve any specific food grade requirements regarding paper stock.

THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROOF AND LAYOUT APPROVAL BEFORE THE PRINTING™ is NOT LIABLE for errors in a printed product caused by any of the following:

Graphics Orientation or Placement and Incorrect Font Usage

Spelling, Grammatical and Punctuation Errors

Wrong Die cuts, slits or Incorrect and Missing Folds

Finished Product Size

COLOUR ACCURACY AND HARDCOPY PROOFS™ will reproduce colour from submitted print-ready files as closely as possible. However, cannot guarantee colour match and colour density because of limitations in the printing processes, different properties of various printing surfaces, and neighboring image ink requirements. The accuracy of colour reproductions is guaranteed to be within 90% of the final proof you approved. Please note that can only guarantee colour reproduction for your print-ready files if you order a hardcopy proof for an additional charge. Please note that is not responsible for colour variations between submitted print-ready images and the actual artwork or product they represent.


You agree that you shall indemnify and defend™ and all parties from whom™ has licensed portions of Content, and their directors, officers, and employees, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to (i) your breach of these Terms and Conditions or (ii) any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphic or other material you incorporated into Products that was not part of the standard Site Content.

ORDER CANCELLATION™ will cancel your order before printing/shipping. However, it cannot be revoked if your ordered item has been shipped. Orders may be cancelable during the various production stages, but cancellation charges will apply. Our Customer Service Team will inform you of any cancellation charges.

1) Orders are placed online.

2) Orders are reworked in our design department.

3) Orders are sent to the press.

4) Orders are collected by the shipping firm and shipped.

All orders are cancelable before stage 2. If an order is cancelled in stage 1, you will be charged $15 plus 5% of the total amount to cover payment processing, bank charges, and our design department fees. For orders cancelled in stage 2, a minimum 20% of the total order amount is deducted as cancellation fees to cover our design department’s charges. After an order enters stage 3, we can still try to cancel the order, but we cannot guarantee order cancellation. However, if the order is still in stage 3 and the user wants to have it cancelled, a minimum of 50% of the total order amount is deducted to cover expenses. Once an order reaches stage 4, it cannot be cancelled.


Once an order has been placed successfully, No Refunds are issued for any design services orders.


As all orders are unique, All Sales Are Final. We will re-print the order if we verify that we made an error. No Refunds or Credits.


The customer must notify™ within 3 business days of order delivery of any defects, damage, or missing items discovered in the delivered products. ™ will not be responsible for any claims for defects, harm, or missing items that are not filed within 3 business days of the delivery date.

To receive replacement products, customers must return (at their own expense) at least 99% of the received product within 10 days of the initial order delivery date. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from™.

All charges related to expedite printing (rush printing or shipping) are NOT REFUNDABLE, including those orders returned for any reason. No Exceptions.

ORDER SHIPPING AND DELIVERY™ offers the following production options when placing an order:


Free Ground Shipping within 48 contiguous states.

Usually, Ships within 10 to 14 business days after final proof approval.

Shipping time for Standard Service is not guaranteed.

PRIORITY – Guaranteed to ship within 8 business days:

Free Ground shipping is included within 48 contiguous states.

Products will be shipped within 8 business days after final proof approval

EXPRESS – Guaranteed to ship within 6 business days

FREE Ground shipping included within 48 contiguous states.

Products will be shipped within 6 business days after final proof approval

In all cases, final proof approval must be received by 11:00 AM EST; otherwise, one business day will be added to the shipping times.™ will always act to print and ship orders in a timely manner. In no case shall™ be liable for any consequences or damages resulting from any delay in the production, shipping, or delivery of the ordered products.

All™ customers agree not to hold™ liable for delays in shipments caused by technical issues, weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond™’s direct control.™ shipment and delivery dates are calculated based upon estimates provided by our suppliers and recent order history.™ will always act to make sure that delivery schedules are met. However, unexpected equipment failure, malfunction or technical problems may delay the printing or shipping processes. In case of delays in the printing or shipping processes, rush charges or expedited fees will be refunded or waived where applicable. Orders cannot be cancelled due to delays in the printing or shipping processes.

All™ customers agree to pay all customs duties and fees on goods shipped to their respective locations. The customers are responsible for making arrangements to clear customs for shipments delivered outside the United States.

Customers are responsible for inspecting all packages for any visible signs of damage or missing items (compared to the items listed on the enclosed packaging slips or invoices) before accepting delivery. In case of damage or missing items, the customers should notify™ and the delivery courier immediately. ™ will not be responsible for any damage, or missing items claims not filed by the customer within 3 business days of order delivery. ™ is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions or damaged shipments.

Each ordered product is usually shipped with a few extra pieces free of charge. Seldom order shipment may have slightly fewer pieces than ordered. Printing trade standards allow for underages or overages of up to 5%. Therefore, if an exact quantity is needed, then it is suggested that customers should order 10% over the amount required.

Additional shipping and handling charges will be assessed for packages that must be reshipped because the customer made an error in submitting the proper shipping address.
