A: To request your free sample, visit the site. Fill out the sample request form with your name and other contact details and your preference for the product. We will process your request and ship the sample to the address you provided after you submit the request. After a request is confirmed, you will get an email confirmation.
A: No, it's all free. There is no cost whatsoever associated with making a sample request. Even shipping is free. We want you to use our products before buying them. Please fill out that request form, and we will send the sample to you free of charge.
A: You can expect your free sample within 7-10 business days after we confirm your request. However, delivery will take longer depending on geographical distance from our location since we try to process and ship all sample requests quickly. You will also receive an email once the sample is on your way.
A: Currently, the maximum free sample one person can get is one. This is an attempt to let more people have a chance to use our product. If you want to have more samples for special reasons such as for bulk ordering or if you wish to inquire for business purposes, do not hesitate to contact us.
A: We offer a variety of packaging products for free sample requests: rigid boxes, mailer boxes, product boxes, shipping boxes, pouches, stickers, paper-bags, and flexible packaging. Pick the item you are interested in amongst them, and we will send a sample to you for evaluation and testing.
A: The free sample will be provided in a generic form so that you can evaluate its generic quality. However, if you'd like to have the product customized, we can provide bulk and customized options as well. After receiving the free sample, you can discuss packaging and branding options for personalized solutions.
A: Payment details are not needed for you to apply for a free sample. Simply fill out the form with your contact details and shipping address, and we shall process the request for you and ship the sample free of charge. No fine print fees, and no payment required.
A: At this time, the free sample is limited to one per customer, as this will be able to keep it free for as many apt users as possible. Of course, if you are interested in ordering larger samples, especially for business purposes, please feel free to contact our customer service team. We'd be glad to assist bulk requests.
A: Being a free sample, this will not be returned. In case of any damage during shipment or incorrect product, please contact us. We will take care of this immediately and try to resolve any of your issues with regard to the sample.

We do not have specific criteria for eligibility; however, the number of samples may be limited based on our available stock and demand.
