Receive Your Digital Proof
You will receive a digital mock-up of your boxes for check. When you have approved the design, we will begin production. The digital proof will display all design features, including any additions or removals needed before approval.
Approve the Proof
Once you’re satisfied with the design of the digital print, just approve the proof. After your confirmation, we move your project into production, making sure everything is done just as you desire. We proceed exactly as you approve.
Production Stage

File Formats
We recommend clients provide their artwork options in AI, PDF, or PSD layouts. They guarantee smooth & accurate results during the printing process. Helps maintain the design quality, sharp details, and correct colours. This process supports clean output and professional consistency in every production run.
Resolution
To have clear or fast printing, all files should have a resolution of 300 DPI. This helps to avoid any pixelation, bluriness, and loss of detail in text and images. Improves packaging design quality during the production procedure.
Colour Mode
All artwork must be created in a CMYK format instead of RGB. CMYK is mainly used for the reproduction of a true and vibrant colour match on your packaging. So, your artwork on the final printed package will look exactly how you designed it.
Bleed & Safe Zone
Includes a minimum of 0.125 inches (1/8”) bleed on all sides of your design to ensure a proper cutting without any white borders. Maintains important features such as graphics, text, and logos at least 0.125 inches inside the small line. Ensures your final packaging looks professionally finished.
Fonts & Text
Outline all fonts before exporting. Ensure all text is at least 6pt at final print size to remain legible on the finished packaging.
Dieline & Layers
Place your dieline on a separately labelled layer set to overprint. Do not include the dieline in the print layer — it is reference only.
