Artwork Guidelines for Custom Boxes

Decided the color, design, and style you want the box to be manufactured in? You need to send this to us in the form of a consolidated file. This file must contain your logo, the font style, and other graphics for the custom printing, with a die-line according to your box style. This is artwork.

When you send this to us, we can print your boxes in exactly the same print, design, and style as you want it to be. If you have a complete design file, perfect! However, if it is your first order, then you may not know what a bleed is. The logo might be the only file you have. In any case, we are always here at any step of the process to assist you.

Why We Need This From You

If you send us a pixelated picture, a screenshot, some rough sketch, or a logo with no die-line applied, it will come out as an ugly print.

To avoid this, we will have to send it back to you because we will not be able to manufacture your custom box as you expect us to. The problem? It will take longer to process your order. And ultimately, the order shipment will be delayed.

Artwork Preparation Guideline for You

Following the guidelines below will help us speed up production. We will be able to print your boxes exactly as you would be expecting. Also, the processing time for your order will be greatly reduced.

However, if your files don't fulfil all the artwork requirements, we will review them. If our designer team is able to work on it somehow, we will continue on it. But if there are no adjustments or further things needed, we will inform you about that.

Follow the Dieline Template

Sent the custom dimensions of your box to us? We will make a die-line for it. The die line is about the points where the box will be trimmed or folded into the custom shape or style. Follow the following points once we provide you with a die line:

File Format

First, you have to create a file in a vector-based format. For this, you can use Canva or Adobe Illustrator. You can send us almost any file you have.

PDF · AI · EPS

It would be best if you send the artwork in PDF, AI, or EPS format. With vector files, you get the sharpest print results.

Accepted

PSD · SVG · PNG · JPEG

For example, AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS, PDF, PSD (High Resolution), SVG, PNG, or JPEG; we accept all of these.

If you have your logo or image in some other format, send it anyway. We will review it and try to work on it.

Confused about how to? Just right-click on the “save as” option. It will give you options from which you can export the file.

Graphics Quality

Send us your file in CMYK

Files created in RGB may appear brighter on your screen. But when we print the same file, the color shades vary. To avoid this, send us your file in CMYK. You can do this by clicking on the color menu on your screen. Choose the CMYK option from there. This is easy and simple!
